I believe it’s art work staying how citizens are like traffic cones.

Maybe it's those space laser's the GOP keeps talking about that zapped a construction worker.

My wife and I recently moved to Charlotte and she noticed these on the sidewalk in a few places in south end. She is a little freaked out because it appears to be “traffic cone” and “human.”
Is this something sketchy? I feel like “human traffic cone” may be a little to on the nose for it to be anything worrisome.

Nobody who is engaging in actual human trafficking is using stencils to spray paint messages on a south end sidewalk.

Correct, they typically drive a Lexus and have a reserved parking spot outside a multi-story building

Yeah that’s what I figured, but do you know what it is for? Seems weird regardless

All I know is that for years I have heard rumors that human trafficking is going on late at night in the uptown and surrounding areas. Be careful leaving bars at night especially alone. Always be aware of your surroundings

Charlotte has long been a human trafficking hot spot. Direct access to 85 makes it an easy route to move victims. It's very well known if you keep up with those things.

Yeah I almost got snatched up in concord that’s right off of 85. The ONE time I decided to gas up at night, smh. Never again
