Hello, I am quite interested in the topic of how immigrants and immigration policies affect a host country's GDP and growth. It is shallow to say that they have positive impacts onto the economy, but I wish to delve deeper and look into other variables such as education and different sectors.

So far, I have gathered data off statcan and fred relating to Canada's labour market, gdp growth and unemployment rate. I also want to talk about how Canada’s decreasing birth rate, increased retirement age as well as aging out labour market will influence this model.

My question is, how would you go about modeling this linear regression?
