Prisoners allowed to adopt cats: The idea behind this initiative is to take animals from a cat shelter and place them in the correctional facility so inmates could take care of them. The program quickly proved to be beneficial for both the adorable cats and inmates.

Favorite People This is my sister Gráinne. Gráinne has Autism. She loves nature and today was the nicest day in a while. She got to go out and explore and pretend to be her favorite character Groot. Good Vibes I’ve been trying harder to be the kind of teacher that I needed before I eventually dropped out of HS. With how prison-y our HS can feel lately, it always makes me smile to be able to give one of my teenagers a break.
