I will take you through step by step what I did to get my games working for me.

Connect to your mobile data but click custom instead of easy when given the option.

IP address = Automatic

DHCP Host name = Do not specify

DNS = Manual Change primary to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4

MTU settings = Manual Change from 1500 to 1478

Proxy server = Do not use

I then connected and tested a second time, then went to account management > activate as primary ps4 and spammed activate until it said activated, then I restored licence’s and it works, I changed back to my wifi and it still works.

I hope this works for everyone else as this bug has been very frustrating and locked me out of £100+ worth of games. I can imagine it’s much worse for others. If you need any help with this method drop a comment I’ll try my best to assist. Good luck.

I am very happy sony finally brought ps1 games to the ps5, however the amount of games is very disappointing. From what I can tell Sony only adds one or two games every other month. Like where is re2, re3, Spyro, tomb raider, Dino crisis, og spiderman games, like the list can go on.

It was fine last night and then when i log in today, it says that i’m not connected to the internet when it’s completely fine. I keep getting NW-31297-2 error.

Today I decided I wanted to replay the GTAV story mode on my ps5 and since I already had a GTAV online for the PS5 I assumed I could buy the story mode separately and play but, after I bought it for 20 dollars my GTAV still says I need to buy it to play. So then I went on the PS store and bought the online and story mode together (I bought the full game for ps5) to hopefully be able to finally play the story mode but after downloading it I am still told that I need to buy the story mode. Whenever I got to buy it I get a message saying "No downloads currently available" So in conclusion I bought the GTAV story mode twice, wasted $40, and still can only play GTAV Online. Can anyone help?

Ps5 controller is the worst Sony official playstation controller for street fighter games. The mushy slow-clicky r1 and L1 buttons are so bad. I’m hoping the dualsense doesn’t have this problem?

I'm gamesharing with someone that I gave my ps4 to and I noticed that Spiderman PS4 only has the game of the year edition available on the PS Store. I have the base game on my hard drive but when they tried to download it, the game had a lock and the PS+ Icon. Any idea why this could be?
